Local Life: Tinana & Maryborough

A personal tribute to the heritage city of Maryborough and the surrounding rural landscapes of Tinana. As a resident of RV Homebase for nearly 12 years, these monochrome studies reflect a deep connection to our community—from the historic streetscapes of Wharf Street and The Story Bank to the "Quiet Sentinels" of our open countryside. Drawing on over 60 years of photographic experience, I use a dramatic "Editorial Noir" aesthetic to capture the textures and stories of the Fraser Coast. This collection celebrates the quiet beauty found both in the heart of the city and across the rolling fields that define my home base.
