Water Dragon – Quiet Trust

Most water dragons vanish into the undergrowth the second you take a step in their direction, but this quiet sentinel has come to know my presence. In the fading afternoon light, there was no sudden dash or nervous retreat—just a shared stillness. Sinking into the shadows together, it held my gaze with an ancient, calm awareness, allowing me into its world for a rare and quiet moment of trust.
