The Lily Pad Stage

I found these two during my walk this morning, perfectly positioned on the broad, textured expanse of a water lily leaf.

There is something deeply poetic about the way they anchor themselves to the leaf—a tiny, fragile moment of life played out on a vibrant green stage. The contrast between the rigid, almost mechanical lines of the damselflies and the soft, organic surface of the lily pad tells a story of instinct and elegance.
