Rhythms of the Dark Stream

I captured this study of movement at the King River during my stay at Edi Cutting. My goal was to lean into the deep, high-contrast 'Noir' style that defines my MonochromePics collection. Before converting to black and white, I used my technique of boosting saturation and vibrance to ensure I could pull every ounce of detail from the water's surface. The result is a moody, rhythmic flow where the darkness of the banks allows the silver light on the stream to truly dance.
