These high‑contrast monochrome studies use negative space and quiet light to honour the simple forms that stand alone in the landscape. Each subject becomes a solitary ‘Quiet Sentinel’ — a leaf, a blade of grass, a curve of rope — held in a moment of stillness and clarity.
